Our one, two and three bedroom properties are fitted and furnished to a high standard.  As we aim to provide comfortable holiday accommodation for families with kids, we have also adapted our properties where possible, to accommodate young children.  Our two / three bedroom houses have been adapted in the following ways:

-   Mesh on balcony rails.
-   Extra handrails on staircases.
-   Grilles on staircase bars.
-   Locks on windows and balcony doors.
-   Handrail on garden steps.
-   Lockable garden gate.

The prices are per property per week.  However, there is an extra charge should the sofa-bed be required as a bed: 1 bedroom - £25 per week; 2/3 bedroom - £25 per person per week. 

One set of towels per person and bedding per room are provided. There will be a mid-stay laundry change for two-week bookings, but further laundry services can be provided on request, at an extra charge.  However, the properties do have their own washing machine.

These prices include our 'meet and greet' service.  Our property manager will meet you on arrival and give you the keys to the property.  They will be happy to provide you with information on the area and they will be your port of contact should you require assistance during your stay.


1 BEDROOM DUPLEX APARTMENT

The one bedroom property is set out as follows:
There is a double bedroom with twin beds and fitted wardrobes, and a main bathroom (with bath/shower, toilet and sink.) on the first floor. This room also has a large balcony (equipped with 2 sun loungers and garden table), and offers beautiful sea views. The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen (including a washing machine in the utility area) with breakfast bar, a living room with double sofa bed, TV and DVD player (need to take own videos/DVDs, as only local channels are currently available). Ceiling fans are fitted both upstairs and downstairs.  There is also a private patio area with garden furniture.

2/3 BEDROOM HOUSES

The two/three bedroom properties are set out as follows:
There is a double bedroom with king-size bed, twin bedroom and main bathroom (with bath/shower, bidet, and sink.) on the first floor. The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room with second dining area, and separate WC. Most rooms are fitted with ceiling fans, and there is air-conditioning fitted in both first floor bedrooms.  The third bedroom, on the lower ground floor, is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, and has a free-standing fan.  Please see our brochure for the property options of a second living area or large corner garden area.
